Motohealth Over the counter (OTC) benefit 2019

The benefit for pharmacist advised therapy (OTC) medication is subject to a formulary for Motohealth Custom and Motohealth Essential members. Medication must be obtained from a DSP pharmacy.

Below is the formulary from which a pharmacist can dispense treatment. Any medication not on the formulary will be for the member's own account. Once the maximum 5 scripts per family has been claimed for the year, the member is liable for any further OTC dispensing even if it is listed in the formulary

Please note that quantity limits apply - the maximum quantity per sc ript is reflected on the formulary

Medicine reference pricing applies where applicable. The patient will be liable for any co-payment if they choose to take a more expensive product.

While every effort has been made to ensure that products listed are less expensive than the reference price, it is possible that changes in the Single Exit Price

may result in co-payments being applied to listed products. Patients are advised to discuss the availability of less expensive generics with the pharmacist at

the point of dispensing
