Skin appears to be infected Contact Dermatitis < 2 years of age. Dermatitis present > 2 weeks > 25% of body surface area. Numerous bullae. Extreme itching, irritation, or severe vesicle and bullae formation. Swelling of body or extremities, swollen eyes or eyelids swollen shut. Discomfort in genitalia.
