This list is current as of August 1, 2018, for coverage effective January 1, 2019. It does not reflect any changes (additions or removals) after August 1, 2018. Pfizer reserves the right to change this list. Because this list covers medications co-branded or co-marketed with other companies, medications may be removed from no-cost coverage as these agreements expire. If a medication is due to be removed from no-cost coverage during a calendar year because of a mid-year expiration, Pfizer will generally maintain the no-cost coverage until the end of the calendar year. New Pfizer medications and Greenstone generic medications are generally added to no-cost coverage during a plan year. As this list may change from year to year, if you have a question about coverage for a specific medication, please contact your prescription drug administrator.

This communication comes to you from Pfizer Human Resources. The utmost care has been taken to provide accurate information. However, in the event there is a conflict between the information you read here and the official Plan document, the official Plan document will control.
