PA Department of Aging Department of Aging provides grants and funding for qualifying Senior Community Centers. Senior Community Center Grants PA Department of Agriculture Department of Agriculture provides a variety of state and federal grant programs that invest in Pennsylvania agriculture to grow opportunities and resources, remove barriers to entry, and inspire future generations of leaders within agriculture. As the agriculture industry grows and changes, it must be supported in new ways to ensure its future success. PA Department of Community and Economic Development DCED provides a variety of programs to help for business expansion, a community project or site revitalization in Pennsylvania. PA Office of the Budget Office of the Budget RACP program provides grants and funding for the construction of regional economic, cultural, civic, recreational, and historical improvement projects. A project is eligible for RACP funding only if that project has been itemized in a PA Capital Budget Project Itemization Act, and such itemizations have remaining "Project Allocation" amounts and have not been statutorily "sunset."
