EXECUTIVE BOARD RESOLUTION

RESOLUTION NO. OR-22-009 August 5, 2022

WHEREAS,

The Secretary of the Department of Environmental Protection has requested, pursuant to Sections 212 and 709(b) of The Administrative Code of 1929, approval, in the Office of Water Programs, to rename the Chesapeake Bay Office to the Bureau of Watershed Restoration and Nonpoint Source Management; establish the Chesapeake Bay Watershed Restoration Division and the Nonpoint Source Management Division in the Bureau of Watershed Restoration and Nonpoint Source Management; and abolish the Compacts and Commissions Office and its Planning and Conservation Division; and

WHEREAS,

The Secretary of the Department of Environmental Protection has further requested approval, in the Office of Administration and Management, to rename the Document Management Division to the Content Management Division in the Bureau of Office Services; Therefore, be it

RESOLVED,

That the Secretary of the Department of Environmental Protection is hereby granted approval to make the above-mentioned changes shown by (bold) and an asterisk*; and, be it further

RESOLVED,

That the attached organizational chart reflecting the above changes will be submitted to the Legislative Reference Bureau for publication in the Pennsylvania Bulletin and Pennsylvania Code.
