New York is one of a handful of states to have earned a HFA multi-site certification in a very rigorous credentialing process. All of the programs are located in high need areas. Between 4/1/2011 and 3/31/12, 3,437 families were assessed, 2,306 fathers have been involved in program services, and 5,875 families received 77,981 home visits. ................
