IntroductionThe Department of Labor and Industry (DLI) will supply desktop and/or laptop devices to all Offeror staff exclusively for work related to the Unemployment Compensation Benefits Modernization (UC Ben Mod). Project work may not be performed on non-Commonwealth devices, nor may non-Commonwealth devices be connected to the DLI network. The three configurations available to selected Offeror staff are detailed below. Each device will be loaded with the DLI standard software configuration, which is also detailed below. The selected Offeror must supply all desktop/laptop software, over and above the base DLI install, needed for the project Offeror staff to accomplish the UC Ben Mod project deliverables. The selected Offeror must also supply sufficient desktop/laptop software, over and above the base DLI install, that will be needed by the DLI participants on the project.The devices supplied to the selected Offeror staff shall remain the property of the Department of Labor and Industry (DLI) and shall be returned to the Department at the conclusion of each staff person’s engagement on the project. The purpose of this appendix is to present the specifications of the desktop/laptop hardware and software to be supplied by the Department of Labor and Industry (DLI) to the selected Offeror staff for use on the project. DLI Workstation Standard Software LoadThe following table lists the workstation products (and version) included in the standard DLI desktop and laptop software load. All of these products will be included with the initial load of the workstations provided by DLI to the selected Offeror project staff and are available for use by Offeror project staff on the UC Ben Mod Project. Workstation software over and above the items listed below which are required to fully effect the selected Offeror’s solution must be supplied by the Offeror in sufficient quantities for Offeror staff and, as needed DLI employees assigned to the project.
