Planning and Zoning Division:

There was no DRC meeting held for the month of December, 2008.

Planning and Zoning Board Actions:

The Planning and Zoning Board held a public hearing on December 10, 2008 to consider the following:

I. Application #90-08-CU by Elliot Kels for A-1 Florist and Gifts for a Conditional Use Permit Pursuant to Section 32-171(i)(2) of the Zoning & Land Development Code in Order to Operate a Hall For Hire at the Property Located at 103 NE 3rd Street.

II. Application #92-08-V by Elliot Kels for A-1 Florist and Gifts for a Variance Pursuant to Section 32-171(i)(2) to Operate a Hall for Hire Closer Than 300 Feet to a Residentially Zoned Property or Use at the Property Located at 103 NE 3rd Street.

The Board recommended approval of the above applications by a majority vote of 7-0.

City Commission Actions:

The City Commission approved the following applications on December 17, 2008:
