State, Territory, and Tribal Hemp Program Contact Information

To grow hemp, you must have a hemp license. You cannot grow hemp without a license. In general, you must get your hemp license from the State or Tribe you wish to grow hemp in. Please visit the state's website below to get your application for a license and to view licensing requirements.

To work as a certified Sampling Agent, you must contact the State or Tribe directly to determine sampling and testing requirements in that State or Tribal jurisdiction. If you intend to sample in more than one State or Tribal area, you must follow the sampling requirements for each one. Each State and Tribe may have their own training requirements to become certified.
