2018 Prevailing Wages and Benefits by Occupation for Pittsburgh Building Service Workers

Wage determinations are based on studying local wage conditions and to consider three data sources of rate information in determining prevailing wage: Bureau of Labor Statistics Market Rates, Local Collective Bargaining Agreement Rates, and McNamara-O'Hara Service Contract Act Rates. The wage decision specifies the highest rates applicable in comparison of the above three sources (basic hourly wage rates and fringe benefits) determined to be prevailing for the described work classifications of a similar character and in specific localities. Wage rates take effect as of January 1, 2018.
