1. Go to . 2. Please input your Charter email address in the middle of the page, below the Charter

Communications logo where it says "Please input your email." 3. Review the membership levels and select the appropriate membership level based on your

job title. 4. Choose a username, password and select your desired chapter. 5. You will need your Employee ID number during registration. You can find this number on

your paycheck via Panorama. (Panorama >> My Apps >> PeopleSoft/HR Payroll >>Main Menu >> Self Service >> Kronos Historical Correction) 6. Fill in your contact information and be sure to enter your:

? Work email address ? Approving Manager's Name ? Approving Manager's Email ? PeopleSoft Employee ID number (for all levels) 7. At the payment screen, be sure to click "Bill to: POC Charter." For Charter billing address information please fill in your current work location/address

Renew an existing NAMIC membership

1. Go to and select the "Login" button near the upper right of the screen. 2. Your username defaults to your email address unless you have updated it to

something else. 3. Once logged in, choose from "Securely renew your membership now" or "Renew Your

Membership Now." 4. You will need your Employee ID number during registration. You can find this number on

your paycheck via Panorama. (Panorama >> My Apps >> PeopleSoft/HR Payroll >>Main Menu >> Self Service >> Kronos Historical Correction) 5. At the payment screen, click "Bill to: POC Charter." For Charter billing address information please fill in your current work location/address.
