Three-step process

1) Apply to the College

2) Complete the pre-requisites

3) Complete Online RN Application

Applying to the College

1) Submit Online Credit Application

Must meet all conditions of acceptance for Palm Beach State College.

Apply online at palmbeachstate.edu

Register as an AA degree seeking student if you have up to an AA degree.

Register as a Non-Degree seeking student if you have a BS degree or higher

2) Admission Letter Monitor email for Admission Letter to the College for steps on how to proceed with application

Receive Student ID number & Password

LOGIN TO WORKDAY

Check your financial aid status ( Apply ) View your admission status and any missing items (e.g., final transcripts or required test scores) Register for classes Pay your fees Access your academic records Access your student e-mail

3) Submit Transcripts to any of the Five PBSC Registrars Offices

Transcripts

All students enrolled at PBSC are assigned an Academic

Advisor. Please contact your Advisor for advising

Submission of official transcripts from all schools that you have previously attended.

High School GED

Technical Schools State /Community colleges if

previously enrolled

Dual enrolled at a college other than PBSC

AP, AICE, IB, DANTES, UExcel, & CLEP score report

Transcripts can be submitted electronically,

in person in sealed envelopes, or by mail to the Office of the College

Registrar.

It can take 4-6 weeks for transcripts to be evaluated.

If you fail to submit official transcripts, your application is incomplete.

Coursework will not be accepted from 3rd party transcripts and test scores.

You can check to see that all transcripts are received via WORKDAY and click Academics, then click Generate Unofficial Transcript

Palm Beach State is a semester hour-based institution; if transferring from a quarter hour-based institution a credit shortage may occur.
