Once you have added extra sides, you cannot remove them. You will have to start anew205105019685002051050586105Figure 17Figure 17Why can’t I find this address? Some addresses will be difficult to find. The most obvious reasons are:Street name spellingIncorrect address numberMissing cardinal direction and quadrants (N, S, E, W, SE, SW, etc.)Mistakenly typing ST instead of AVE, BLVD, PL, etc. There are more complex reasons why you might not find an address. These may be:Incorrect information in the databasePoorly maintained parcels at the individual county levelParcels that have been subdivided, but not reported to the County’s AssessorUnreported address assignment by property owner of a corner lotThere are ways to mitigate this:Make sure that address is entered as accurately as possible.878 52ND ST is more accurate than878 52 STSometimes, abbreviations like HWY, CYN and others, are differently spelled between systemsCheck for common mistakes like:Replacing ST for AVE or PLMissing the cardinal direction/quadrant (N, S, E, W, SE, SW, etc.)Transposed numerals and lettersIf, after checking all common issues, you cannot find the parcel, then the problem is most likely with the system’s database. The data is either:OutdatedImproperly maintainedErroneously enteredAnother common factor is property owners unofficially or illegally dividing parcels into smaller lots, and then assigning new street address numbers. Also, the property owner might have changed the address in a corner property from the legally registered street to the other available street. Some shared properties like apartments, mobile estates and condominiums share a common main address, but have private roads that are not part of the official zoning record.Lastly, non-taxable properties like religious, local, state and federal government sites, parks and other properties might not be registered in the system. Remember that the data is pulled from each respective county’s Assessor’s office. In order to find the correct parcel, use any other mapping system available online for free, such as Google Maps, Bing, MapQuest, etc. These online maps will bring you to the closest possible match to the location you are searching.Once an approximated address is found, enter that address and, using the CALTRAP Viewer, pan to the correct parcel. Once there, you may:Use the address already in the system.Create a custom “Trapping Location” as described above.Manage site as usual. Finally, if you have any questions and/or require further assistance, please contactJerry Mills - Technical support Monday to Thursday 6:30AM to 5PMJMills@acwm.562.328.1012 mobile626.350.4503 officeBonnie GarveyBonnie.Garvey@cdfa.916.412.6455 mobileMax Regismregis@acwm.562.857.4760 mobile Common and Less Common Fruit TreesCommon Fruit TreesLess Common Tree TypesPomegranateBlackberrySour OrangeEugeniaPummeloTangerineTangeloPearMexican Guava (Common Guava)AlmondLimeNatal PlumGrapefruitCalamondinPeachAsian PearOrangeRose AppleLoquatPawpawMandarin OrangeRaspberryKumquatKei AppleAvocadoNectarinePlumLycheePersimmonWalnutApricotJujubeLemon GuavaCitrusAppleStrawberry Tree (Arbutus unedo)FigSurinam CherryLemonCherimoyaPapayaBlack SapoteAcerolaKaffir PlumPassion FruitCherryMelonWhite SapoteGrapesLonganMulberryQuinceHollyleaf Cherry3810060325Notes:Trees are listed in the order they appear in the CALTRAP Viewer’s menus. If a particular tree cannot be found on this list, use the most common form of the tree.
