Password’ to ‘Log - MF Utilities India

Your sign-up with MFU facilitates Basic Access, Transaction Data Entry & Image scanning. We have created two System Administrator User IDs using which you will need to perform certain maintenances for the first time.

Request you to please read the User Manual available in the home page thoroughly before you perform the maintenance activities.

The URL of the MF Utility portal is

1. We request you to click `Forgot / Fetch Password' button available in the login page as shown in Screen 1, which will take you to `Log-in Password Fetch / Recovery' page as shown in Screen 2.

2. Input the User ID, Email ID and Date of Birth of the User as provided in the Sign-up form and click the submit button. Upon successful verification of the details provided by you, an OTP (one time password) will be sent to the registered email ID / Mobile number.

3. Using the OTP, you can access the system. Upon your first login, you will be forced to reset your password. Please reset the password of your choice subject to the password rules of MFU system.

4. Repeat the above exercise for all the User IDs.
