During these challenging times, we must remind everyone of our certain obligations pertaining to finances. This church operates solely on our tithes and offerings from its congregation. Even though we are not meeting corporately as a body, we still have obligations to meet, such as utilities, staff, insurance, and payments, including our church mortgage payment. You are encouraged to continue to give faithfully in one of four ways:

1. By mail PO Box 285

2. Online through the Tithely link on our church website

3. Drop off at the church during office hours of M-W-F 9am until 1pm

4. Online bill pay through your bank

*If there is a Senior Saint or someone who is unable to get out and in need of supplies, groceries, or medications, contact the church office M-W-F from 9am – 1pm. We have church family available to take care of this need.

For Prayer List, please see additional attachment.

Mississippi Mission Trip Plans are Being Made: Plans are being made to take another group mission trip to Mississippi June 5th-8th. The Hangar church youth were here this past week and we had a great time with them, they were such a blessing. Let’s go be a blessing to them in return by making plans to go on this mission trip! If you would like more information about the trip, see Pastor Don.

Costa Rica Mission Trip: The Costa Rica trip this year is July 24-31. This is a great opportunity to do international mission work. We will be joining the Hangar Church & Warriors by Grace from Mississippi. It is not too late to sign up. Please see Pastor Don if you are interested in going.

Prayer List Information: If you have someone you would like to add to the Prayer List, please email the church at fbcpleasanthill@ or call the office at 217-734-2145.

**As you know at this time, we will not be meeting at the church. This includes worship, bible studies, youth/children events. This is to be in compliance with state precaution measures. We will keep everyone informed of future decisions on meeting times.

Song of Solomon 2:11-12 New King James Version (NKJV)

11 For lo, the winter is past,

The rain is over and gone.

12 The flowers appear on the earth;

The time of singing has come,

And the voice of the turtledove

Is heard in our land.

21 And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.

22 Now all this was done, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by the prophet, saying,

23 Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.
