What's New?

On February 1, 2009, all Small Business Administration (SBA) employees will be able to access the web site to schedule "Administrative Payments from Employees." The Administrative Payments from Employees form will accept payments for parking reimbursement, travel overpayments, jury duty (payment received as reimbursement for serving on a jury), or other miscellaneous fees that must be paid to the agency. Payments can be made to SBA by using either the electronic Automated Clearing House (ACH) method or by using a credit card via .

What Is ?

is a secure government-wide financial management transaction portal managed by the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Financial Management Service. This web portal has been developed in conjunction with the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. It offers various on-line electronic financial services that Federal agencies can use to improve debt collection processing. Payments made on this web site will be remitted to SBA electronically. Currently, the agency is using several of 's collection methods which are used by Borrowers, Lenders, and Employees.

How Will the Web Site Work?

is a secure web site which is convenient, easy, and available 7 days a week - 24 hours a day. Payments will be processed electronically by using either a checking or savings account debit processed through the Automated Clearing House (ACH) or by Credit Card remittance. By clicking on the "SBA Payments" on the web site, you will be able to schedule payments (parking, travel, jury duty, etc.) online by using the "Administrative Payments from Employees" form. For headquarters parking payments, the DFC Administrative Accounting Division will email an invoice number to parking participants so that parking fees can be paid beginning February 1, 2009.

How Do I Access the Web Site?

How Will This Affect Processing?

The Denver Finance Center (DFC) will receive a daily file of administrative payment data from . The DFC will then record the payments in the Oracle accounting system.

Overview of Web-Site:

Once you access the web site you will need to select one of the following options to access the correct SBA Public Form to make your payment. The below options are located on the main web page.

"SBA Payments" ? You can access the forms by using the "SBA Payment" icon located on the top right-hand side of the main web page.

1. Ability to complete a form for a one-time payment only. 2. Any information that was entered into a form will not be available if you need to

make more than one payment or need another confirmation. Information must be re-typed for each form that is needed to make another payment.

"How to Register" ? This option is located on the lower middle of the main web page. You can access all forms after completing the "How to Register" option. This option is available for users who would like to sign up and obtain a User ID and password for future use. Some of the benefits of signing up are:

1. Ability to schedule future payments. 2. Setup re-occurring payments 3. Selected forms will be pre-populated with your basic (name and address)

information each time.

After accessing the SBA Payments area, you will then need to locate the "Administrative Payments from Employees" form to make your payment. To select an appropriate form follow these simple instructions:

1. Select "SBA Payments" a) Search and locate the appropriate form. b) Scroll down to locate the appropriate form.

2. Select the appropriate form for the type of payment you are making. 3. Complete all of the information on the form. To receive a generated confirmation

of your payment, make sure that you type in your e-mail address. 4. Print the confirmation page for your records. This is your receipt that the payment was

accepted and will process it.
