M ISCELLANEOUS CHARGES

M iscellaneous Charges may, to the extent permitted by applicable law, consist

of unpaid fees and expenses incurred on your account, including but not limited

to taxes, towing, repair bills, storage bills, fines and attorney fees. Refer to your contract for details and repayment obligations.

C HECK PROCESSING

When you provide a check as payment, you authorize us either to use information from your check to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from your account or to process the payment as a check transaction. This electronic debit will be for the exact amount of your check. When we use information from your check to make an electronic fund transfer, funds may be withdrawn from your account as soon as the same day we receive your payment, and you will not receive your check back from your financial institution. DO NOT SEND ANY CHECK TO US DATED LATER THAN THE DATE YOU MAIL IT (A POST-DATED CHECK). ALL CHECKS ARE PROCESSED UPON RECEIPT. We are not responsible for checks lost or misdirected in the mail. We may re-present to your financial institution any payment that is returned unpaid.

BANKRUPTCY

If you are a debtor in a pending bankruptcy or if the underlying debt has been discharged in bankruptcy, this statement is not an attempt to collect a debt, but is only being sent for informational purposes. If you received a discharge in bankruptcy regarding this debt, you are not

CREDIT REPORT DISPUTES

If you believe we have reported inaccurate or incomplete information to a credit reporting agency, you have the right to directly dispute that information by writing to us at Southeast Toyota Finance, PO Box 91614, Mobile, AL 36691-1614. Include 1) your name and account number; 2) the information you are disputing and why you believe it is incorrect; and 3) any documents to support your dispute, such as a credit report containing the disputed information, account statements, or a police report.

If you give us a cellular or mobile telephone number or email address, you acknowledge and consent to our use of 1) that telephone number to call you or to send you text messages with regard to this account, even if you incur a cost or charge for such telephone call or text messages; 2) auto-dialers and prerecorded messages in connection with any telephone calls made and text messages sent to you; and 3) that email address to send you messages about this account.

M ONTHLY STATEMENTS

This monthly statement is provided as a courtesy to assist you in making payments. Payment is required even if you do not receive a statement. Account balances shown on statements may not include amounts you may owe for fees or expenses incurred but not yet billed to your account.

APPLICATION OF PAYMENTS & PRINCIPAL REDUCTION (FINANCE ONLY)

We credit each payment received first to accrued Finance Charge, then to the unpaid Principal balance, and the remainder to unpaid charges.

For customers not enrolled in our Auto Pay Program: Funds received in excess of the Total Amount Due will be credited as stated above and will also be applied to future monthly payment(s) due. Your next billing statement may show that your account is paid ahead. To make a payment that reduces Principal only and is not applied toward any monthly payment(s) due, please make a check payable to Southeast Toyota Finance and mail it to PO Box 91052, Mobile, AL 36691-1052. Please include your account number and "Principal Only" on the memo line. Making a Principal-only payment will not satisfy your monthly payment obligation.

For customers enrolled in our Auto Pay Program: Funds received in excess of the Total Amount Due will be credited to the unpaid Principal balance.
