PROJECTS WORKED ON:

1. The Landings at Harborside, New Jersey – Multi-level condominium structure resting on parking garage - filigree slab and beam system). - Designed reinforced concrete frame, footings, pile caps, grade beam (seismic ties) and retaining walls.

2. 800, N. Columbus Blvd., Philadelphia – Structural restoration of multi-story flat slab concrete structure built in 1926). - Performed finite element analysis of flat slab to find the moment and shear envelops. Based on the results of FEM, I decided that the structure is not in imminent danger of collapse and advised to do a full depth structural restoration at the location of structural cracks.

3. Morgan Street Parking Garage, Pennsylvania (Precast Concrete Garage) – Designed footings, Retaining Walls and structural steel system for supporting the pipes to be hung from the roof in the ice plant unit.

4. Montclair State University Parking Garage (Post Tensioned Concrete Garage) – Designed structural steel frame, Fully Restrained Moment Connections, Footings and Retaining Walls.

5. Philadelphia Police Department Forensic Center, Philadelphia – The existing building was to be designed for additional live load. Performed analysis of the conventionally reinforced concrete structure for existing loads and strengthened the beams with CFRP for additional loading.

6. Suny Downstate Hospital Garage, New York – Conducted a 3-day inspection of the garage for the total restoration of the structure and designed structural restoration of this multi-story waffle slab parking garage.

2. Evaluated durability properties for the optimized fly ash mix.

3. Evaluated constructability and performance of the optimized low slump dense overlay concrete.

All tests conducted for the research were according to and in compliance with ASTM testing procedures.

ASTM tests conducted were: C39, C78, C138, C143, C231, C403, C469, C157, C512 and C666.
