ONLINE PAY STATEMENTS EMPLOYEE SELF SERVICE

The TCDSB is pleased to announce that effective the April 5, 2013 Payroll, paper pay statements will no longer be issued. All employees will access their pay statements electronically via a secure online Employee Self Service website. The ESS website is located on the TCDSB Intranet site. You may access the TCDSB Intranet site at work, when you are logged into the Board's site, or externally by accessing .

Once you are on the TCDSB Intranet site, click on the ESS icon located on the home page, to access your pay statements.

All staff should have access to a computer if they wish to access Employee Self Service at work.

The following are some of the key benefits of receiving your Pay Statements electronically:

Ability to access pay statements online, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Payslip will be available online at least two (2) days before the pay date. No need to wait for the mail or courier to deliver to your department/home. Ability to permanently archive your pay statements electronically by downloading them to your computer. Access to your pay statements from the September 9, 2011 pay period to the most current pay period. We will retain at least thirteen (13) months of pay statement history online. Positive environmental impact by reducing the paper consumed by the TCDSB
