HIGHEST PAY IN THE INDUSTRY First-year Flexjet pilots utilizing PBS can expect to make over $103,000 per year. A productivity bonus of $5,000 is available for crew members that fly over 220 in a calendar year. Part of your pay includes the tax-free per diem at $42 per day or $8,400 annually ? the highest per diem in the industry. If you fly through a meal time, your meals will be ordered for you and placed on the aircraft, and you keep the per diem. Finally, at the end of the day, whether at the hotel or a restaurant, pilots may also expense their dinner. In addition, each crew member is supplied with a Company credit card for incidentals so you'll never have to worry about out-ofpocket expenses.

HOME-BASED CREWING Flexjet pilots enjoy the luxury of being based at their homes. You can choose from our 100 domiciles, with the ability to change domiciles as often as you'd like. We'll airline you to your assigned aircraft at our expense and reimburse parking costs. And any hotel and airline points you accrue are yours to keep. As a Flexjet crew member, there is no need for a crash pad. Each of our crew members are also enrolled in the Known Crew Member (KCM) program so you can quickly pass through airport security. Most importantly, commuting to your aircraft is done during your scheduled days. Your time off is just that: your time off.

SCHEDULES DESIGNED TO MEET YOUR NEEDS Choice is paramount to our success as a company. Flexjet pilots have the ability to choose from a Fixed 8 on, 7 off structure or a 7 on, 7 off schedule where you'll know your schedule as far as six months in advance. For those seeking maximum flexibility, we offer the Preferential Bid Schedule (PBS). With PBS, pilots bid on their schedules and receive higher earning potential, while working an average 200 days per year.

EVERY FLEXJET PILOT WEARS FOUR BARS All of our crew members are trained to PIC FAR Part 135 standards. Each pilot is type rated in their assigned aircraft through Company training programs embedded at our training partner facilities. All training is paid, and you are not obligated to sign a training contract. Flexjet pilots interested in career advancement have a unique opportunity with a guaranteed captain upgrade after 5 years; pending successful completion of PIC training.

24/7 SUPPORT FROM OUR STATE-OF-THE-ART OPERATIONS CONTROL CENTER From flight plans to customs, meals to weather, our operations team handles every detail of your trip.
