35560381000MDS Updates Including PDPM Presented by Myers & StaufferOctober 21-22 in Baton RougeThe Louisiana Nursing Home Association (LNHA) invites long-term care nursing facility staff to attend a seminar presented by Myers and Stauffer on October 21-22, 2019, at the Crowne Plaza Baton Rouge. This seminar will cover all MDS coding items covered in all six chapters of the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) Manual. Emphasis will be placed on the new and retired MDS items implemented by Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) on October 1, 2019. Additional time will be dedicated to Chapter 6 of the RAI manual reviewing the Patient-Driven Payment Model (PDPM) reimbursement model applicable to the Medicare Part A stay beginning October 1, 2019.
