Instructions to Print Your "Active" License Verification from eLicense. The Ohio Speech and Hearing Professionals Board discontinued issuing the license pocket card in 2017. If you need to submit proof of your license status, please follow the instructions below to print a copy of your license verification. Verification of your license is now obtained via the eLicense Ohio License Look-up page accessible by clicking the following link: .

1. Start by entering your first/last name and select the Ohio Speech and Hearing Professionals Board from the dropdown menu:

3. Click the "View More Info" box and the "Printer Friendly Version" blue box will appear.

4. Click the "Printer Friendly Version" box and all of your license status information will appear, e.g., name, license number, status, expiration date, etc. You can print this page to obtain your license verification. This license information is a primary source of verification.
