Baker v. Howard County Hunt (Maryland 1936): Baker did rabbit experiments on farm. Hunt club held hunts with bloodhounds in the vicinity of the farm. Dogs attacked rabbits and injured Baker’s wife. Hunt sent letter of apology but made no efforts to keep the dogs off of the land. In 1936, Baker shot dogs to get them off his property. ................
