Phase 3: Realizing the Vision

2017 - 2022

Phase 3 builds on the successes of Penn Connects 2.0 and identifies new projects to be completed between 2017 and 2022.

Major new construction projects include the New College House West, Wharton Academic and Research Building, Perelman Center for Political Science and Economics, Energy Science and Technology Building, Penn Medicine Pavilion, and 3600 Civic Center Boulevard.

Major renovation projects include Houston Market, Richard Labs A + B Towers, Stemmler Hall Century Bond, University Museum Coxe and Harrison Wing Phase 1, and Pennovation Works Lab Building.

Major open space projects include streetscape improvements along 34th and Walnut streets, and Woodland Walk.
