Enter your UPHS credentials

Exit the Play Store

Open the Duo Mobile Application

Inside the Duo Application, click ¡°+¡± to activate your camera

Scan the barcode presented on the PC

A ¡°Penn Medicine¡± profile will be created within the Duo Application
