n Helped our utilities and local EDO partners meet with a total of 148 site consultants and business prospects in New York, New Jersey, Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Southern California, United Kingdom and Germany.

n Generated 19 leads, 11 of which were competitive projects that could generate 1,014 new jobs.

n Supported site visits for three competitive projects (Project Maple, Project Mastermind, Project Nemo) and a site consultant.

n Completely revamped the FGNW website, making it mobilefriendly and adding a lead tracking system.

n Nearly doubled awareness of the region's business advantages and exposure for FGNW through the FGNW website and others, including Northwest Florida FORWARD, Northwest Florida Made and the North Florida Corridor websites.

n Held our first anniversary event to celebrate the launch of the Northwest Florida FORWARD regional strategy with nearly 100 leaders from across the Panhandle.

n Supported FORWARD Council Chairs and their efforts to gain grassroots support to implement initiatives laid out in the regional strategy, such as:

Talent: Updating CareerPathways data to get students on to desired career paths

Business Vitality: Developing a regional expedited permitting process

Infrastructure: Aligning infrastructure planning with the region's needs

n Supported the Aerospace Alliance - a 4-state partnership between Florida, Alabama, Mississippi and Louisiana - at the Farnborough International Air Show and the Annual Summit.

n Launched the North Florida Corridor website, , along with direct marketing and advertising efforts to promote the Corridor as a top manufacturing and logistics location.

n FGNW created the Florida's Great Northwest Foundation to provide a mechanism under which the Northwest Florida FORWARD regional strategy can formally exist.

n An Endowment for the FGNW Foundation was also created. FGNW received $403,650, the first of two payments, as a result of its BP Deepwater Horizon oil spill claim, which will be FGNW's initial contribution to the Endowment.

n $440,750 in membership dues were received from 62 investors (13% increase in the number of members over last year).

n Reorganized FGNW to better focus its efforts on business development to generate opportunities to compete for job creation projects and hired a new Business Intelligence and Marketing Manager.

n Launched a new regional reception strategy to build awareness of the organization and support fund raising efforts.
