Conversion Information

At the end of the business day on April 26, 2019 First Peoples Bank will convert its operations to Summit Community Bank. At that time, you will gain access to Summit's additional branches, ATMs, ITMs and a more extensive menu of products. As a larger - but still local - financial institution, we will be better able to serve your current and future financial needs.

This Conversion Book contains important information for you, including changes to your accounts, branch locations, account details and an overview of the conversion process. The information is accurate as of March 1, 2019. Please read this information carefully and retain it for your records. Unless noted otherwise, the information contained here covers both personal and business accounts.

Conversion Timetable

The conversion from First Peoples Bank to Summit will occur on the weekend of April 26-28 2019. We are committed to making this as seamless as possible, but please be aware of the following dates when planning your financial activities.

Friday, April 26th The branches of First Peoples Bank will close at their normal time. Branches will open at their regular scheduled time on Monday, April 29th. This is the last day for new enrollments through First Peoples Online Banking. Please see the Online Banking section on page 10 for more information.

Saturday, April 27th First Peoples Bank branches will be closed for conversion. You may continue to use your current First Peoples Bank Debit Card or ATM Card.

Monday, April 29th ? You can activate and begin using your new Summit Debit Card at 5:00 a.m. April 29th. ? Summit Online Banking and Business Online Banking become available. ? Summit's DANI (Day and Night Information System) telephone banking line becomes available. You can continue to use your current number (888) 521-9093 to access Summit's DANI (Day and Night Information System). Please see page 8 for more details. ? Branches open as Summit Community Bank at the regular scheduled time.
