The Percentile Table below converts percentile ranks from the 99th percentile to a range of standardised scoring systems. The percentile rank is the point in a distribution at or below which the scores of a given percentage of individuals fall. Because of central tendency percentiles do not have equal units of measurement and can be interpreted as exaggerating differences near the mean.
