Log into Workday and open your Profile page by clicking on your picture in the top-right corner, then
select View Profile from the drop-down:
2. Click on Performance in the left-hand blue navigation menu: 3. The page should open on the Individual Goals tab:
4. Add goals: Click the Edit button at the bottom of the screen, then the Add button at the top. You can enter multiple goals by clicking the Add button.
Goals created on this page are routed to your manager for approval when you click submit. Please do not submit each goal separately.
MANAGERS: Review and approve goals submitted by your employee from your Workday Inbox.
5. Archive goals: To remove goals from your profile, you'll need to archive them. Click the Archived Goals tab:
6. Click the Archive Goals button at the bottom of the screen.
7. Check the box in the left column of each goal you wish to archive. Note: Goals pending manager approval or included in an in-progress review will not be available to archive until approved or the review is completed.
