|Title: HR Data Analyst |Status: Exempt |

Position Purpose: The purpose of the HR Data Analyst is to function as the internal subject matter expert for HR Data and systems managing HR information. Allow for centralized reporting and analysis allowing assuring consistency. Provide program services in an ethical, legal and moral manner within a safe and therapeutic environment, consistent with applicable regulatory and accreditation standards.

Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR or related business field

Excellent knowledge of Human Resources processes and best practices including but not limited to performance management, compensation management, and recruitment,

Ability to assess and analyze complex business needs and conceptualize creative solutions.

Experience with Human Resources technology products,

Ability to effectively interact with associates at all levels within the organization

Developed written, oral communication and presentation skills

Thorough understanding of how business strategies drive talent initiatives.

Intermediate/ Advanced Windows-based including, Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Internet Explorer and Outlook

Resourceful, highly organized, and able to prioritize

Ability to maintain confidentiality

Self-starter with ability to work independently

Ability to work within a team

Belief in the mission and vision of Rosecrance

Must be emotionally and medically able to perform essential job responsibilities

Must be free from active or infectious diseases

Essential Responsibilities:

1. Work hours prescribed (Monday – Friday, 8:30-5) by the HR Director and any additional hours deemed necessary for the responsibilities assigned.

2. Act as key HR resource on all HR systems with a primary focus on HRIS system (Ultipro). Additional systems may include: Avatar, access control and Talent/Performance Management Systems.

3. As an HR Systems Administrator you will function as the subject matter expert for all HR transactions and business processes, advising the HR team, managers, and employees on proper use of the system.

4. Will also have direct responsibilities for processing, rescinding, correcting, and canceling transactions.

5. Participate in the regular software update testing process, managing issues with external vendor support team, and supporting the functional leads (Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Benefits, and Compensation).

6. Lead projects including application enhancements/upgrades, new functionality deployment and new application implementations

7. Drive efficiencies through automation in areas of business processed, integrations, and data loads

8. Assist with preparation for annual HR programs such as talent, performance management, open enrollment, and compensation planning, including requirements gathering & documentation, configuration updates

9. Liaison with IT on technical changes, system testing, deployment/ cutover coordination, preparation of documentation & communication, etc

10. Reporting & Data Analytics

11. Provide analytical support on ad hoc projects or request as needed

12. Manage confidentiality of data

13. Creating and analyzing required government reports

14. Serve as a member of the (specific team) and participate in all team meetings and activities.

15. Exercise confidentiality in keeping with the Code of Ethics and with the framework of the law.

16. Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every customer.

17. Serve as a role model for other staff, patients and customers and demonstrate positive guest relations in representing Rosecrance.
