PET AGREEMENT

As of February 22, 2013

I (we) understand and agree to pay $5.00 per pet monthly. I (we) understand that there are only 2 pets per household allowed and pets must be less than 15” in height at the shoulder or weigh less than 20 lbs fully grown.

Pets must be registered and photographed at our office. Pets must be inoculated and must be spayed and neutered with no breeding of pets in our community.

Pets may not be left outside unattended. Any roaming domestic animal will be removed from the park. All pets should have an identification collar. Any cats removed will be taken to the Veterinarian and will cost $110 to retrieve it.

Dogs must be sociable and non-threatening. Loud barking or any nuisance behavior is not allowed. Due to excessive barking, we no longer accept Shelties, Shetland Sheep Dogs, or Miniature Collies. If a dog is found loose or bites a person, the pet will have to leave the park immediately.

For tenants that rent homes from us, pets are not allowed in our rentals at any time.

There will be no exceptions to the pet rules.
