BIO: DAVID LEWIS

David launched his career in law enforcement, where he learned firsthand how the lack of integrity can affect your personal/organizational bottom line. David uses his personal experience to teach people how to make sense in a senseless world.

As a speaker, he has addressed numerous associations, corporate, and not-for-profit audiences. His presentations include motivational and educational topics, ranging from making empowering choices to cultural change as well as professional and personal communication.

David is certified by Purdue University and the University of Oklahoma in diversity facilitation and is a certified trainer for Steven Covey's 7 Habits of Highly Successful People. David has a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Illinois State University where he also did his graduate work in Political Science. He was the 1996 recipient of the Great Lakes Association of College and University Housing Officers (GLACUHO) Outstanding Presentation Award for his award winning program titled: "Walk Your Talk".

David has been an adjunct faculty member at Heartland College in Normal, IL since 2002 teaching American Government & Politics in the Political Science Department.

David just completed a three book series with James & Brookfield Publishers titled:
