Citibank 1 Hour Loan Approval Program ? Terms and Conditions

1) Under Citibank "1 Hour Loan Promise" Program ("Program"), approval for Citibank Credit Card Quick Cash and/or Citibank Ready Credit PayLite instalment loans applications ("Loan Applications") may be obtained within 1 hour subject to these terms and conditions.

2) You agree that your participation in this Program will be governed by the Citibank Ready Credit and/or Citibank Credit Card Customer's Agreement and the Citibank Credit Card Quick Cash and/or Citibank Ready Credit PayLite Terms and Conditions and any other policies, rules, procedures or instructions which Citibank Singapore Limited ("Citibank") may from time to time issue.

3) To participate in this Program, you must:

(i) be either a Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident aged below 62 years; and (ii) either already have an existing Citibank Credit Card ("CC") and/or Citibank Ready Credit ("RC") Account ("Existing

CC/RC Customer"), or apply for a Citibank Credit Card and/or Citibank Ready Credit Account at the same time you submit your Loan Application by submitting the Account Opening Documents mentioned in clause 6 below ("New CC/RC Customer").

4) Loan Applications via the phone (6238 8888) is only available Mondays to Fridays (9.00 am to 5.00 pm, Singapore time), excluding public holidays.

5) "Branches" refer to our Citibank branches (except Asia Square & Woodlands) from Mondays ? Fridays (10.30am to 2.30pm) and our Citibank Instant Banking Centres (except Changi Business Park) from Mondays ? Fridays (10.30am to 5.00pm).

6) "Account Opening Documents" refer to: (i) A completed and signed Citibank Credit Card/Ready Credit Account Application Form (ii) A photocopy of the front and back of your NRIC; and (iii) For Salaried employees (a) Past 12 months' CPF statement submitted via .sg/cpf; or (b) Latest Income Tax Notice of Assessment and latest original computerised payslip; (iv) For Self-Employed- Last 2 years' Income Tax Notice of Assessment and last 3 months' bank statements evidencing your income.

7) "Loan Application Form" refers to the Citibank Ready Credit (`RCPL') / Quick Cash (`QC) Application Form

8) Computation of One-Hour period

(i) For Loan Applications via the phone (6238 8888):

(a) New CC/RC Customers: The one-hour period starts from the time that we confirm receipt of a complete set of Account Opening Documents and Loan Application Form via a call-back to you, provided we receive all the aforementioned documentation by 5pm (Singapore time) on the same day.

Citibank will first review your application for the CC and/or RC and will inform you via a separate call-back on whether your CC and/or RC application has been approved and your CC/RC account(s) successfully opened. If your CC and/or RC account(s) have been successfully opened, Citibank will then obtain your confirmation to proceed with the Loan Application. If we fail to contact you after 3 attempts to do so at any one of your contact number(s) listed in the Account Application Form, we shall not be liable to you or any other party for not approving your Loan Application within the hour.

(b) Existing CC/RC Customers: The one-hour period starts from the time the call has ended provided that you have given us all the information that we have requested in respect of the Loan Application during such call.

(ii) For Loan Applications via the Branches:

(a) New CC/RC Customers: The one-hour period starts from the time the duly completed Account Opening documents and Loan Application Documents are submitted and accepted at the Branches during opening hours.

Citibank will first review your application for the CC and/or RC and will inform you via a separate call-back on whether your CC and/or RC application has been approved and your CC/RC account(s) successfully opened. If your CC and/or RC account(s) have been successfully opened, Citibank will then obtain your confirmation to proceed with the Loan Application. If we fail to contact you after 3 attempts to do so at any one of your contact number(s) listed in the Account Application Form, we shall not be liable to you or any other party for not approving your Loan Application within the hour.

(b) Existing CC/RC Customers: The one-hour period starts from the time that the Loan Application Documents are submitted and accepted at the Branches during opening hours.

(iii) If you submit your request via .sg for Citibank to contact you for marketing of Citibank Credit Card Quick Cash and/or Citibank Ready Credit PayLite program:

(a) New CC/RC Customers: The one-hour period starts from the time that we confirm receipt of a complete set of Account Opening Documents and Loan Application Form via a call-back to you, provided we receive all the aforementioned documentation by 5pm (Singapore time) on the same day.

Citibank will first review your application for the CC and/or RC and will inform you via a separate call-back on whether your CC and/or RC application has been approved and your CC/RC account(s) successfully opened. If your CC and/or RC account(s) have been successfully opened, Citibank will then obtain your confirmation to proceed with the Loan Application. If we fail to contact you after 3 attempts to do so at any one of your contact number(s) listed in the Account Application Form, we shall not be liable to you or any other party for not approving your Loan Application within the hour.

(b) Existing Citibank Credit Card/Ready Credit customers: The one-hour period starts from the time the call has ended provided that you have given us all the information that we have requested in respect of the Loan Application during such call.

9) Citibank will attempt to notify you (but shall not be obliged to do so) of the outcome of your Loan Application via SMS and/or phone call. However, Citibank will not be liable to you or any other party if the SMS notification does not reach you and/or we are unable to contact you, whether due to circumstances within our reasonable control or otherwise. Regardless of whether we have notified you of the outcome of your Loan Application via SMS and/or phone call, a formal letter with the outcome of your Loan Application will be sent to your address in our records in any event.

10) To be approved, all Loan Applications must satisfy Citibank's criteria, including our credit and risk management policies. Citibank reserves the right to reject any Loan Application which does not fulfill our criteria at our discretion.

11) The time required for the disbursement of a loan under this Program may take more than an hour from the time of Citibank's receipt of the Loan Application and shall vary depending on the mode of loan disbursement.

12) If Citibank is unable to process your Loan Application within an hour, whether due to failure of the relevant system(s), system outage, malfunction, delay or any other circumstances whatsoever, whether within our reasonable control or otherwise, we shall not be liable for any delay, loss, damage or inconvenience caused to/incurred by you or any third party arising from or in connection therewith.

13) Citibank's decision on all matters relating to this Program will be at its absolute discretion and will be final and binding.

14) In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and the contents of any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Program, these terms and conditions will prevail.

15) Citibank's decision on all matters relating to the Program will be at its absolute discretion and will be final and binding on all participants. Citibank reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate or amend the Program or vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions from time to time.
