Thirty-One Mission Fundraiser Information

Tonya,

I would like to introduce you to a great new fundraising idea.

Thirty-One gifts is a faith based organization celebrating the Proverbs 31 woman. We are a direct sales company allowing women the opportunity to spend more time with their families while gaining financial security. Our mission is to Celebrate, Encourage and Reward women.

I would like the opportunity to help your church group with a great fundraiser.

I will donate 20% of all sales back to the church.

In addition: the top selling person will receive a free personalized thermal tote or cinch sac of their choice!

ALSO: Every person who books a party from the fundraiser (held within 90 days) I will donate 10% of the party total back to the church as well!

I will organize all selling materials and provide you with a fund raising packet that includes: letter explaining fund raiser, catalogs, order forms and monthly special flyer.

I will deliver all orders bagged and ready to picked up by sellers.

I do all the work for you!

This is a great way to earn money for your group!

The products are fun, affordable and make great gifts. My goal is to make this fundraiser easy, friendly and profitable!

Please contact me today and I will get your started on one of the easiest fundraisers with the best rewards back to your church.

Thank you,

Shawna Netser, Ind. Director

Thank you so much for choosing Thirty-One to help you raise funds for your missions trip. Below is information that will help you run your fundraiser smoothly. If you have a question that is not answered below, please feel free to contact me.

Steps to a successful fundraiser:

• Set a goal for how much you want to sell and go for it! $500 in products sold means $100 for your mission trip (20%)! These products are so easy to sell and they are different from normal fundraiser items.

• Send out at least 30-40 “e-invitations” and talk to as many people face-to-face as possible. This will ensure that you get closer to meeting your goal. You will receive an email from me with a link to the hostess portal where you can send e-invitations and keep up with your guest list as well!

• Plan to make reminder calls or emails 2-3 days before your fundraiser ends. (I am happy to do this for you if you provide me with a list of names & numbers/emails one week before your fundraiser closes.)

2 ways your guests can order:

• In-person: you give them a catalog and they fill out the order form (Cash, check, or credit card payment is due upon ordering) (Checks made payable to Shawna Netser.) PLEASE READ EMBROIDERY CODES IN BACK OF CATALOG (E1, E2, etc) TO INSURE PROPER ORDERING. PERSONALIZED ORDERS CANNOT BE RETURNED.

• Online: guests can go to snetser and click on ‘Place an Order.’ (You will repeat this on the next screen as well) Your name will come up and they can just click on it and go shopping while giving you the credit!

How to calculate an order:

1. add the product total (plus any embroidery fees),

2. add 8% shipping and handling (add $4.00 to that price if they want it shipped directly to them),

3. calculate sales tax from product total + shipping(7% in Indiana ),

4. add all those numbers together.

*DON’T FORGET TO INFORM THOSE ORDERING OF OUR MONTHLY SPECIAL AND PLEASE HAVE THEM FILL OUT THE ENTIRE TOP PORTION OF THE ORDER FORM!*

I will be available to discuss any questions you may have regarding products, order forms, etc. Please email or call me anytime. Let’s have a great fundraiser!

Your Thirty-One Director,

Shawna Netser
