Councillor Ifor Lloyd has stated that he sits on the planning committee and as such cannot take part in any decisions made on applications being discussed, but he could answer questions relating to planning regulations and policies. NO OTHER DECLARATIONS.MINUTES - IT WAS RESOLVED to confirm, approve and sign the minutes of the last meeting of the Council held on the 19TH November 2019 In the Memorial Hall, Llanfairtalhaiarn.VISITORS TO THE COUNCIL – The Chair asked the visitors to address the Council regarding their objections to planning application 0/46945 the conversion of Melai Barns to accommodation. Their objections are summarised in appendix AMATTERS ARISING9.18/16(i) Complaint regarding the surface of the road near Cefn Isa. GF34920 refers. Cllr. IFOR LLOYD4.19/14(i) Archwiliad y Ward. Cllr. Lloyd reported he was meeting with the Leader of the Council to show him the condition of the roads in the Ward. NRW will be starting work on the Barrog on the 18th February 2020. The Community Development Fund are supporting the cycle track and is moving forward. The school has been re-roofed, the cost had been offset by the sale of the old slates. He further reported that the Welsh Government had allocated ?1.7 million pounds for schools. A problem with a planning application for the old Church Hall had occurred.1.20/14(i) Another request to ERF regarding the testing of gravestones.. A reply had still not been received.WELSH ASSEMBLY MATTERS - NONEMATTERS OF CONCERN WITHIN THE COMMUNITY – All matters had been discussed earlier in the meeting.ANY OTHER MATTER1.20/17(i) To approve Mr D.Evans for the grass cutting at the cemetery. This was AGREED subject to him having Insurance cover and agreeing the contract.1.20/17(ii) To approve the Internal Auditor for 2020/2021. It was RESOLVED to appoint JDH Services of mold to act as the Internal Auditor for the ensuing financial year.1.20/17(iii) A request from the Clerk to alter the July meeting from the 21st July 2020 to 14th July 2020. This was AGREED.
