4. USE YOUR REAL NAME
Enter your first and last name when prompted. It will help the presenter identify you if you have a question during the presentation.
5. DIAL IN FOR AUDIO
The speaker’s voice is transmitted by phone, NOT through the computer speakers. To join the audio/telephone portion of the meeting:
a. Dial the following toll-free number using your touchtone telephone: 1-866-352-3799

7. DAY-OF LOGISTICS
We will post the first slide 15 minutes before the start time. Once you've logged on successfully, you should see the first slide for the presentation on your computer screen. You may not hear anything over the telephone until the meeting officially begins.
