The first scheduled day of the qualifying competition will be the official practice round, followed by four (4) rounds of the qualifying competition. Play may be extended beyond the final scheduled day (i.e., beyond Friday) to include the dates as outlined above.

Eligibility Professionals or any Amateurs with a handicap index, which when applied to a qualifying course rating, will generate a course handicap of two (2.0) or less. The PGA TOUR reserves the right to verify the handicap index of amateurs and to refuse anyone not meeting the requirements.

In accordance with the Mackenzie Tour - PGA TOUR Canada Tournament Regulations, a player must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible for membership. A player under the age of 18 may enter the Mackenzie Tour - PGA TOUR Canada Qualifying Tournament, provided the player turns 18 on or before the first scheduled round of the final (official money) Mackenzie Tour - PGA TOUR Canada tournament of the 2021 season. If a player under the age of 18 qualifies for the Mackenzie Tour - PGA TOUR Canada, the player would not become eligible for the Mackenzie Tour - PGA TOUR Canada membership until his 18th birthday.

In accordance with PGA TOUR University Ranking List eligibility, collegiate players who elect to enter the Mackenzie Tour ? PGA TOUR Canada Qualifying Tournament will be removed from the Official PGA TOUR University Ranking List in the current year or in any future years except that players ranked on the 2020-21 PGA TOUR University Ranking List may participate in the 2021 Mackenzie Tour ? PGA TOUR Canada Qualifying Tournament.

Entry Fees Entry fee of $2,500 USD must accompany application and be payable by credit card (Visa or MasterCard only; American Express will not be accepted). Use of a `Visa Debit' card is not recommended. Entry fee includes green fee, range usage on the practice and competition days, as well as liability insurance coverage, covering liability which may arise as a result of the applicant's presence at a qualifying competition site.

Entry Availability, Deadline & Application Selection The online application process will be available beginning Monday, January 18th at 12:00 PM (EST) for all member and non-member applicants. Only online entries will be accepted. Member applicants include 2019 Mackenzie Tour - PGA TOUR Canada & PGA TOUR Series ? China members along with 2020 PGA TOUR Latinoam?rica & Korn Ferry Tour Members.

The entry deadline is Monday, January 25th at 12:00 PM (EST).

Applications may be submitted for the one-week period as indicated by the entry availability and deadlines noted here. Completed applications will be randomly selected until all tournament sites are filled in accordance with the Field Size & Site Assignment sections below. Any applicant whose applications are not selected pursuant to this process will not be eligible to compete in the 2021 Mackenzie Tour - PGA TOUR Canada Qualifying Tournament, and their entry fees will be refunded.

Note: Incomplete applications, or those not completed through the online application platform, will not be accepted. The entry fee must be paid in full in order for an application to be complete.

Notification of site assignments will be determined no later than Monday, February 1st and be accompanied by additional sitespecific information.

Format A 72-hole stroke play competition with the low 25 qualifiers and any player tied for 25th place earning eligibility status for the 2021 Mackenzie Tour - PGA TOUR Canada season. The winner of each site will be exempt for the entire 2021 season and not subject to any reshuffle(s). Finishers 2-6 will be exempt through the reshuffle which will occur approximately halfway through the season. In the event of a tie for 1st or 6th position, there will be a hole-by-hole playoff immediately following play. Finishers 7-25 and any player tied for 25th place will receive conditional status to the Mackenzie Tour - PGA TOUR Canada for the 2021 season. See `Performance Benefits' below for additional information on benefits to each membership eligibility status.

If, prior to the official practice round and tournament registration date (i.e., the date preceding the first round of official competition), a qualifying competition site has fewer than 110 competitors, the Mackenzie Tour - PGA TOUR Canada may reduce the number of players earning status at that site for the 2021 season.

NOTE: In the event of a tie for the winner or last exempt qualifying position, there will be a hole-by-hole playoff immediately following play. No playoff will be conducted for ties concerning conditional membership.

Field Size & Site Assignment Maximum of 144 players per site. All 2019 members of the Mackenzie Tour - PGA TOUR Canada and PGA TOUR Series ? China, as well as all 2020 PGA TOUR Latinoam?rica and Korn Ferry Tour Members will receive priority in site assignment but will be drawn on a random basis from within the same pool of member applicants. Member and non-member entries will not be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis and both are subject to the same entry period. The Mackenzie Tour - PGA TOUR Canada reserves the right to balance the field size at qualifying sites by assigning any applicant, including members of the aforementioned tours whose applications are received prior to the entry deadline, to other sites as deemed necessary.

Should each of the sites/fields reach the maximum number of players, additional applicants will be assigned as an alternate to their highest-ranked (i.e., first) site preference. Similar to site assignments, alternates will be assigned on a random basis and the Mackenzie Tour - PGA TOUR Canada reserves the right to balance the field size at qualifying sites by assigning any alternate to another site as deemed necessary, regardless of preference.

Notification of site assignments will be determined no later than Monday, February 1st and be accompanied by additional sitespecific information.

Alternates Each site may, depending on the number of entries received, have its own alternate list. Once a site has exhausted its alternate list, the next highest-assigned alternate at the next qualifying site will be eligible for any available playing opportunity. The `next qualifying site' is deemed to be either the next qualifying site to be played after the one in question, or the first qualifying site in the schedule if no qualifying tournaments have been contested at that time.

If and when a spot becomes available at any of the sites, it will be offered to the next alternate, either from that site or the next highest-assigned alternate at the next qualifying site. If an alternate chooses not to accept a spot, he will retain his spot on the alternates list and the nextavailable alternate will be contacted and so on, until the spot is filled. Any alternate withdrawing from a qualifying competition site alternate list will receive a full refund at the time of their withdrawal or once that qualifying site has been contested. If an alternate is not offered a spot (i.e., due to an insufficient number of withdrawals) they would also receive a full refund. Note: Alternates wishing to wait on-site at qualifying competition location may do so at their discretion. If, beginning during the official practice round/registration date (i.e., the date preceding the first round of official competition) through the last starting time of the first round of the competition, a player withdraws or does not show for his starting time, an on-site alternate will be eligible to compete. The procedure for using alternates in this manner will use the ranking for alternates as outlined below, but only apply to those on-site.

Site assignments, once distributed, are considered final.

Withdrawals & Refunds of Accepted Applicants Applicants who are placed in qualifying competition fields may withdraw but will remain subject to the following processing fees. Should the applicant withdraw from their respective field prior to the dates listed below at 5:00 PM (EST), they will be assessed a processing fee of $300 USD. Should the applicant withdraw from their respective field after the dates listed below, they will be assessed a processing fee of $1,000 USD. Applicants must withdraw by contacting Mackenzie Tour ? PGA TOUR Canada in writing via email (MackenzieTourWD@).

No refunds will be issued to contestants after they have started play in the Qualifying Tournament. Contestants who withdraw during the round,

or prior to the conclusion of the competition, may be subject to disciplinary action. Full refunds will be offered to those who withdraw while on the alternate list or those who aren't offered a playing opportunity.

Practice Rounds There will be one scheduled Practice Round day before each Qualifying Tournament (i.e., the first date listed in the `Qualifying Competition Sites' section above). Additional practice round availability and the cost associated are at the discretion of the host facilities. Practice rounds on the official practice days will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis (no tee/starting times will be accepted). To practice outside of the official practice day at your assigned site, please call the host venue and book a tee time, but only once you have been assigned to that site and site-specific information has been distributed.

Rules of Golf Play shall be governed in accordance with the Rules of Golf of the United States Golf Association/Golf Canada as modified by the Mackenzie Tour - PGA TOUR Canada Local Rules and Terms of Competition card and supplemented by the Notice to Players at each qualifying competition site.

Distance-measuring devices are permitted for use during the Qualifying Competition. If during a qualifying competition round, a player uses a distance-measuring device to gauge or measure other conditions that might affect his play (e.g., elevation changes, wind speed, etc.) the player is in breach of Rule 4.3a. See Rule 4.3a of the Rules of Golf, effective January 2019, for more information.

Groove and Punch Mark Specifications, Model Local Rule G-2 is in effect, but is modified as the exception to G-2 does not apply.

Pace of Play will be in accordance with the Mackenzie Tour - PGA TOUR Canada Pace of Play Policy except that the fine structure will not apply.

Additional information and any questions pertaining to the Rules of Golf or the qualifying competition itself should be directed to the Mackenzie Tour - PGA TOUR Canada Rules Committee. In addition, questions or disputes (including equipment rulings) shall be settled by the on-site Rules Committee appointed by the Mackenzie Tour - PGA TOUR Canada, whose decision shall be final.

Spike Policy The use of traditional metal spikes is permitted during the Qualifying Competition. Soft spikes may be required during practice rounds at the discretion of the host facilities.

Transportation Players and Caddies shall walk at all times during the Qualifying Competition (including the official practice round), except when permitted to ride by the Rules Committee. Players are not required to have a caddie; they may carry their clubs or use a manual or motorized pull cart.

Anyone seeking a golf cart due to a disability defined under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) or other applicable law should contact the PGA TOUR Competition Department at (904) 285-3700 to obtain information on procedures for submitting such requests. All such requests due to temporary injuries or impairments that do not qualify as a "disability" under the ADA or other applicable law will not be granted.

Appearance Players: While on the host facility property, players shall present a neat appearance in both clothing and personal grooming. Blue jeans, cutoffs, T-shirts or shirts with no collar shall not be worn. Shorts are permitted only during the official practice round and the days prior; players will be required to wear long pants on official competition days (this also includes when using practice facilities on-site). Caddies: While on the host facility property, caddies may wear either long pants or tailored solid colored knee length shorts or skorts. Blue jeans, cutoffs, T-shirts or shirts with no collar shall not be worn. Smooth rubber sole shoes are required. Sandals, open toe shoes, and golf shoes with traditional metal or soft spikes are prohibited.

Conduct While on host facility property during qualifying rounds; players and caddies shall conduct themselves in a professional manner. PGA TOUR reserves the right to remove a player from the qualifying competition for; non-competitiveness; conduct unbecoming a professional by the player; conduct unbecoming a professional by the player's caddie.

Non-Competitive Performance The Mackenzie Tour - PGA TOUR Canada reserves the right to remove an applicant from the competition if an applicant returns a non-competitive score after any round of the Mackenzie Tour Qualifying Tournament. Non-competitive performance may also result in imposition of eligibility constraints from future qualifying competitions. Refunds will not be granted for any player removed from the competition for returning a noncompetitive score.

Reduction or Cancellation Any reduction or cancellation in the respective qualifying competition shall be in accordance with Reduction/Cancellation Guidelines as found in the PGA TOUR Tournament Regulations. In the event that the competition is canceled, all entry fees will be refunded.

If, in the judgment of the on-site Mackenzie Tour - PGA TOUR Canada Tournament Director or designee, whose decision shall be final, conditions render commencement or continuation of tournament play inadvisable, play shall be postponed until such time as the Mackenzie Tour - PGA TOUR Canada Tournament Director or designee determines that such weather conditions or other occurrences or conditions have improved sufficiently for play to commence or resume.

In situations involving adverse weather conditions or any other occurrence or condition, our first priority is the completion of the qualifying

competition. Every effort will be made to achieve this objective by the end of the scheduled competition day. In the event the qualifying competition cannot be completed by the end of the scheduled competitive day, play will be extended. Every effort will be made to complete the qualifying competition as soon as possible. The competition (notwithstanding any playoffs) will not continue beyond the end of the day immediately following the last scheduled tournament round of the competition(s). The Bad Weather Policy and any weather-related information affecting the competition will be posted and communicated at each qualifying competition site.

The PGA TOUR reserves the right to change the format, venue(s), field size, qualifying spots and other criteria as presently contemplated.

Travel As stated above, the Reduction or Cancellation policies set forth in the PGA TOUR Tournament Regulations allows for an additional day of competition in order complete play. Historically, at least once per year, the final round and playoff have been completed on the fifth day. Please plan travel accordingly.

Membership The winner upon the conclusion of play in each qualifying competition will earn exempt membership for the 2021 Mackenzie Tour - PGA TOUR Canada season. Finishers 2-6 will be exempt through the reshuffle which will occur approximately halfway through the season, unless the Mackenzie Tour - PGA TOUR Canada, in its sole discretion, elects not to award membership based on other factors. Conditional membership will be awarded to players that finished 7- 25th and ties at each Qualifying Tournament. However, the number of applicants advancing from each tournament location may be adjusted on a pro-rata basis (i.e., sites and fields with fewer than 110 competitors will be adjusted on an equitable percentage basis) as outlined in the `Format' section above.

The deadline to submit an `Application for Membership' and payment of $475.00 USD for annual dues and liability insurance is May 13, 2021.

The Mackenzie Tour - PGA TOUR Canada is anticipating a minimum of 10 regular-season events to be included in the 2021 schedule, which is projected to be conducted beginning in late May and concluding in mid-September. Additional membership information, the ability to commit to events and more is available to successful qualifiers who take out membership upon payment of their dues. All information is provided online through the PGA TOUR LINKs membership portal.

Ties will be broken at each site for the purpose of ranking on the 2021 eligibility list by matching final round scores. Ties remaining after the match of final round scores will be broken by matching individual hole scores in descending order, beginning with the 18th hole of the final round.

NOTE: Conditional membership does not guarantee players starts in Mackenzie Tour - PGA TOUR Canada events.

NOTE: Players finishing in the lowest 25 players and players tied for 25th place who are amateurs, are under 18 years of age or who choose not to take out membership following the completion of the qualifying school are still included in the lowest 25 and ties for membership eligibility and ranking purposes.

NOTE: A player who earned status in a 2020 Qualifying Site, who competes in the Qualifying Tournament in 2021, and again earns status, will play out of his higher eligibility category. No additional qualifiers will be taken to fill his lower position. For ranking purposes, his position shall not be replaced, and the order will continue to the next currently ordered player.

Orientation At the conclusion of each qualifying competition, players who are eligible for membership with the Mackenzie Tour - PGA TOUR Canada may attend an orientation session to be held immediately following the final scheduled competition round. Please plan your travel accordingly.

Annual Meeting At the season-opening event an Annual Meeting will be held for the membership in the field that week. Per the Mackenzie Tour - PGA TOUR Canada Tournament Regulations, Annual Meeting(s) of the members of the Mackenzie Tour - PGA TOUR Canada shall be held annually, on a date and at a place to be determined by the Commissioner at least 60 days prior to the holding thereof. Players invited to attend shall include all regular members of the Mackenzie Tour. All Mackenzie Tour members in the field shall be required to attend. Failure to do so will result in a fine.

Performance Benefits Beginning with the 2020 season, a player winning three times in the same season on the Mackenzie Tour - PGA TOUR Canada would receive immediate access to the Korn Ferry Tour in a category immediately following PGA TOUR Members Not Exempt for the Current Event. In the subsequent season, if a three-time winner is not also the leader on the Mackenzie Tour - PGA TOUR Canada Points List, he would be placed last in the category of leading Points List winners of the International Tours and following the winner of the Korn Ferry Tour Qualifying Tournament.

The top five players on the 2021 Mackenzie Tour - PGA TOUR Canada Points List will receive Korn Ferry Tour membership for 2021/2022. The player who finishes 1st on the 2021 Mackenzie Tour - PGA TOUR Canada Points List will receive exempt status on the Korn Ferry Tour for the 2021/2022 season.

Players finishing in positions 6-10 on the 2021 Mackenzie Tour - PGA TOUR Canada Points List will be exempt into the Final Stage of the 2021 Korn Ferry Tour Qualifying Tournament.

Players finishing in positions 11-25 on the 2021 Mackenzie Tour - PGA TOUR Canada Points List will be exempt into the Second Stage of the 2021 Korn Ferry Tour Qualifying Tournament.

All 2021 Mackenzie Tour - PGA TOUR Canada members will be exempt into the First Stage of the 2021 Korn Ferry Tour Qualifying Tournament.

The top 60 players on the 2021 Mackenzie Tour - PGA TOUR Canada Points List will be fully exempt for the 2022 Mackenzie Tour - PGA TOUR Canada season.

Note: In 2021, along with PGA TOUR Latinoam?rica, the Mackenzie Tour - PGA TOUR Canada will move away from a money-based Order of Merit system to a points-based merit system (i.e., a Points List).

Terms & Conditions TELEVISION, RADIO, MOTION PICTURE, PHOTOGRAPHIC, ELECTRONIC, INTERNET AND SIMILAR RIGHTS/DECLARATIONS: The undersigned hereby grants and assigns to PGA TOUR, Inc., without limitation, the undersigned's individual television, radio, motion picture, photographic, electronic, internet "Interactive Applications" (as defined below) and all other media rights with respect to the undersigned's participation in the qualifying tournament or any portion thereof (i.e., at all times on-site during Tournament week and during any Tournament-related activities), or any other footage of the undersigned that may be captured by PGA TOUR Entertainment or its contractors with the undersigned's permission, with the understanding that PGA TOUR's use thereof shall be limited to the following: (1) advertising, promoting or publicizing the MACKENZIE TOUR - PGA TOUR CANADA, PGA TOUR, PGA TOUR charitable initiatives, tournaments or any broadcasts thereof; (2) live broadcasts during tournaments, (3) broadcasts or exhibitions on a recorded basis as part of a program or motion picture of tournaments or year-end summaries of sports award programs, any news or sports news or other programs or any other transmission, reproduction, recording, or photograph of tournaments in any and all media now known or hereafter developed; provided, that no rights are being granted hereunder by the undersigned for use in any program or motion picture designed for instructional purposes; and (4) live or taped non-exclusive updates. "Interactive Applications" shall mean the presentation in any medium in a way that permits the viewer to interact with or manipulate the presentation or access other relevant information during the presentation. The undersigned understands that use of social media during the Tournament is permitted to the extent provided in the PGA TOUR Trial Guidelines for Players Posting/Streaming to Social Media On Site and At Events, as may be amended by TOUR ("Social Media Guidelines") and agrees to comply with the Social Media Guidelines. The undersigned agrees to refrain from any action which will interfere with PGA TOUR's ownership of the rights hereunder granted and assigned to PGA TOUR or with any authorized use thereof.
