All applicants must complete the FAFSA online at (school code:

001750). The FAFSA score must be filed each year the applicant seeks aid and is valid for a one-year

period.

Applicants must plan to enroll in the SOIS PhD program for the 2022-2023 academic year, taking

coursework other than LIS999 (Dissertation).

Scholarships are awarded to students based on a combination of merit as demonstrated by the incoming GPA

and need as demonstrated on the FAFSA. Please provide the following information as part of your application

for this scholarship, in 500 words or less:
