Important Information for PrideDay Sunday June 10, 2018

New for 2018

Separate section below if you are participating in parade, fill in the box below a brief Bio/History of your company/group/organization

1) There are only 2 spaces left with electric as of this mailing. First come first serve!

2) Any vehicles parked inside festival area as part of their vending space will have to list DRWC as additional insured on their insurance for the day and email copy coi to Philly Pride Presents

3) 6ft space is for a nonprofit organization and only a table will fit. No tent will fit.

4) You must pay the $25 security deposit and you must use our table!

5) Your table/chair will be placed in your assigned spot with a spot number marker. You must return the table when the event is over to receive your deposit back.

6) Registration Fees will increase with each new mailing; this is a discounted rate for registering early.

7) Four admission wristbands tickets are included with your registration which you will get when checking in.

8) Your application gets you an assigned space, one (1) table & one (1) chair. There is a separate fee if you want to use a golf kart or rent extra tables/chairs. Extra tables are $10 each and extra chairs are $5 each. Golf Karts are $25 are are used for helping you get to and from your spot. Philly Pride does not provide the tents.

PrideDay festival is the actual fundraiser that pays for itself. Any members of your group (festival or parade) not receiving any of your 4 wristband tickets will have to pay the admission fee. We will no longer mail these out in advance. They will be included in your festival sign-in package. It is your responsibility to get them to other members in your group.

CONFIRMATIONS AND DETAIL CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS will be sent out on or before June 1, 2018.

Please do not email or fax in your application unless credit card payment is included. Only applications with registration fees will be accepted. There is no deadline, applications received after 6/1 will not have an assigned a vendor space until you check in on PrideDay.

RAIN DATE AND VENDOR FEES There is no rain date! Vendor fees are non-refundable should the festival or parade be canceled or shortened due to inclement weather. Vendor fees will not be refunded if you decide to cancel or not show up. Only your security deposit will be returned.

FOOD & ALCOHOL

Sorry there are no Food Vending Spaces left! You Are Not Permitted To Sell/Distribute Alcoholic Beverages!

Only Vendors pre-registered for food sales may sell or otherwise distribute food, food products, baked goods or beverages.
