The Arts Factory Located in the 18b Arts District, The Arts Factory, a 50--year--old commercial warehouse building, hosts over 20 artists from fields including photography, fine art, architecture, graphic design, jewelry and architecture. Visitors are encouraged to stop by to meet the artists during "Preview Thursday" or "First Friday", or by arranging a tour in advance. Barrick Museum The Marjorie Barrick Museum (the Barrick), formerly the Marjorie Barrick Museum of Natural History...[was f]ounded in 1969 and [is] located at the heart of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. In December 2011, the Barrick joined the UNLV College of Fine Arts." In addition to the museum, visit six galleries and numerous sculpture installations while on campus. Bellagio Gallery of Fine Art The Bellagio resort on the Las Vegas Strip features not only the well--known Fountains of Bellagio show, a ballet of dancing waters choreographed to music and lights in manmade lakes, and the Bellagio Conservatory & Gardens but also a gallery of fine art. The gallery, located in the heart of the Bellagio, opened in 1998 and is currently featuring works from the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. Clark County Government Center Rotunda Gallery The rotunda is a locale for rotating free exhibitions from local contemporary artists. Contemporary Arts Center (CAC) The Contemporary Arts Center celebrates its twenty--fifth anniversary in 2014. Since its founding as the Contemporary Arts Collective by a group of artists, instructors and students from the University of Nevada Las Vegas through today, the CAC has taken risks offering a safe place to showcase controversial and contemporary artwork. Over the years, the CAC has expanded outside of the university to serve the city as a whole.
