Set-up Fold the right side of the paper over to the left side. Do not cover the holes. Turn the paper sideways and fold over 2/3 leaving a

o 1/3 section. Then fold the 2/3 side in half to get 5 equal size flaps.

Cut along the lines you just folded ONLY to the center fold line.
