Today is a work day.... We will review this information towards the end of the period to make sure the information you gathered is correct... but for right now- we will test YOUR ability to gather information from different media (video and print). ONCE this video ends- another one will begin which is a very complex understanding and animation of how your muscles work in the process. You DO NOT need to watch this or the following clips in this series.
