Brenda Picking Memorial Scholarship

The family of Brenda Picking is offering a $500 scholarship to a graduating senior from Abilene High School. Brenda was a member of the class of 1981 and was an honor student and an excellent musician. Scholarship applicants must (1) plan to attend college next year, (2) have majored or minored in music at Abilene High School, (3) have above average grades in high school and (4) be in need of financial assistance.
