Quality Payment Program Widget Instructions

1. Using the "QPP widget" jpeg image attached to the email, save it to your desktop or preferred file folder. 2. Insert the jpeg into your email, newsletter, or document and place your cursor where the image is to be placed. 3. Choose "Insert picture" and select the "QPP widget" jpeg from your desktop or file folder. 4. Right-click on the widget and choose "Hyperlink." 5. Insert into the address field at the bottom of the

dialog box. Now your image has been converted into a widget!
