After School Enrichment Program (ASEP) Clubs offered for Fall 2016at Evergreen Mill Elementary School Classes Run on Wednesdays from October 12 – November 16 EMES PTA is excited to offer another amazing selection of enrichment clubs for our students!Fee: All clubs are $78 per student for six (6) sessions (one per week). This fee is inclusive of supplies.Date and Time:Clubs will be held on Wednesdays immediately after school and ending at 3:45 p.m. A student may sign up for a club, assuming he/she meets the grade requirements. Schedule: Clubs will run for six weeks as follows:Week 1: Wednesday, October 12Week 2: Wednesday, October 19Week 3: Wednesday, October 26Week 4: Wednesday, November 2Week 5: Wednesday, November 9Week 6: Wednesday, November 16Registration:Online registration begins this Wednesday, September 28th! There are class size maximums, so please register promptly to reserve a spot in your favorite class, as all clubs will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis! Each club must have a minimum of 8 students registered, or it will not be held this session.The deadline for registration is Wednesday, October 5th. You will be notified of your child’s registration status and club location as soon as those assignments are confirmed. During each class session, we will create a cool craft project found on Pinterest. Participants will have input on which particular projects they would like to create.(Max of 12 students).
