Mission: The APMA Young Physicians’ Institute is an annual event that brings together new DPMs for the purpose of advancing their knowledge base in areas critical to becoming well-rounded health-care practitioners as well as enhancing and developing leadership abilities and skills to enable them to take on significant decision-making roles and be of further benefit to their state components and APMA.

Primary Objectives

• To cultivate leadership within the APMA young physician membership to advance our national and state professional organizations.

• To provide pertinent, relevant practice information to young physicians.

• To provide an opportunity to network with other young physicians in practice facing similar challenges with the opportunity to deliberate and formulate solutions.
