Of the 59 parcels, 35 went to families or couples and 24 to single people.? Five people were from the local community. ?Donations have been received from individual supporters, local churches, other Food Coops with a surplus and the Foodbank.? All donations help to keep the stocks up which is vital with the numbers remaining steady. ?In preparation for the church reopening, clothes and other items have been removed.? All items were sorted and over 25 families received large bags of clothes for their children.? The remaining items were given to charity shops.? A large donation of crockery and blankets has also been distributed over the last week. Despite the families being very appreciative of these non-food items we cannot accept donations at the moment.??Again many?thanks?for your support and continued commitment especially over the last six months.
