t. Executive Director, Shelton Crews gave the Current Status of the FACA – Reminded Directors about our Twitter & Facebook accounts as a way to promote events of the FACA. We have also started using Constant Contact email system and doing away with snail mail. Much cheaper and will reach coaches better. The short time we used it this past spring had amazing results. We are using both more than ever. The New FACA website is getting a lot of views and seems to be well received as a more user friendly site. We are responsible for hosting and managing our own site and I am learning website design rather fast. Review the on-line All Star procedures and All Star dates. I have a hard time working with a group (FHSAA) that does not want to work with us on important aspects of athletics and coaching. Talked about Clinic attendance and announced the 2020 Summer Clinic would be at The Shores Resort in Daytona just a few miles south of the Hilton for one more year. Covered Fall Meeting materials in the board packet. Encouraged Directors to double check the AD/School list for accuracy as many on the list have changed. Directors need to be more vigilant in their areas as new president Tammie Talley challenged all Direcotors to incease school membership.
