IMPORTANT REMINDERS

Dear PS Parents: Please note the following as stated in our PS Weekly Update earlier this week:

1) Return of School Materials: Wednesday, 30th September has been designated as a day for returning any PS school materials (leveled books, classroom support readers, etc.) that may still be at home from 2019-20. For those that cannot come on the 30th, the 1st of October has been reserved as a make-up day. If you have children in different grades, feel free to pick up/return material for all of your children at any of your assigned times below.

2) 2019-20 PS Report Cards: Additionally, we will distribute hard copy report cards. Parents may pick up the hard copy reports, with the return of any outstanding classroom materials at this time (clear student accounts). Plus, the teachers will be able to return student materials, if any, including a t-shirt order from last year.

3) Pick-Up PS Monthly Student Packets: On Sept 30th, we will also distribute the new monthly packets for at-home learning for Weeks 4, 5, 6, & 7. (Alternate date is October 1.) KG1 and KG2 Atelier Reggio inspired student activity packs will be distributed as well.

09:30 - 10:45 a.m. (pick up monthly student packets, return materials, receive their last year's report card) 11:00 ? 12:15 p.m. (pick up monthly student packets, return materials, receive their last year's report card) 12:30 ? 1:30 p.m. (return materials, receive last year report card)

KG1 KG2 Grade 1

The tables will be arranged by grade levels. Someone will help you and guide you. Siblings' packets can be picked up at the same time.

4) Week 3 (Sept 27-Oct 1) has the following changes for the program: o New content will begin for the core subject areas during the Zoom instructional sessions. o Teachers will offer two small group Zoom instructional sessions beginning Sept 27th. o Homeroom classes will be divided into two halves for Zoom sessions. Please look for the teacher emails with your child's new group details for the remainder of the year. o The Morning Routine returns for our students; please look for the video links next week for our fun morning songs and activities to start each day!
