Employee Attitude Employee attitudes influence their behavior. In general, employees attitude whose influence on individual and organizational performance is widely attested to in the literature (Riketta, 2002) and positive attitudes may have a significant impact on individual and organizational performance. In addition, attitudes can also be negative attitudes for employees who have bad behavior. On the positive side, however, if management shows a willingness to listen and adapt, that very attitude itself can provide hugely significant boosts to morale. Each author interprets various meanings of authentic attitudes for us to believe. In conclusion, one of the key factors in employee attitudes is job satisfaction. If employees enjoy their work, feel confident in their ability to succeed in a given task, and appreciate the role assigned to them, they are more likely to have a positive attitude in the workplace.

Organizational Performance Based on our understanding of the definition of organizational performance is shown that related multiplicable function of motivation and ability to employee behavior. (Campbell et al., 1993) meaning that, motivation is one of the forces that lead to performance also the desire to achieve a goal or a certain performance level, leading to goal-directed behavior and ability or having the skills and knowledge required to perform the job is also important and is sometimes the key determinant of effectiveness. Therefore, employees and employers must also think broadly about the productivity of things to make the effort, skills, and results in line with the success of an organization. In the meantime, the high-performance organization is a conceptual, scientifically validated structure that managers can use for deciding what to focus on to improve organizational performance and make it sustainable. However, factors that can affect an organization's high performance are improving the competence and attitudes of the workforce. Last but not least, motivated employees with high levels of job involvement are considered an important element of an organization
